Key Responsibilities- Monitor case progression and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Receive and process referrals from the Court or Cafcass Intake Team
- Create, update, and close cases within our case management system
- Prepare and send letters and information packs to service users
- Identify and follow up on missing information
- Provide administrative support to the team, including meeting and greeting visitors
- Relevant qualification in business administration or significant experience in a similar role
- Confident and capable of using MS Office applications to a basic/intermediate level
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
