Cafcass is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Services Officer to join our team. As a key member of our administrative support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our case management system and providing exceptional support to our Family Court Advisers and Service Managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor case progression and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Receive and process referrals from the Court or Cafcass Intake Team
  • Create, update, and close cases within our case management system
  • Prepare and send letters and information packs to service users
  • Identify and follow up on missing information
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including meeting and greeting visitors
Requirements
  • Relevant qualification in business administration or significant experience in a similar role
  • Confident and capable of using MS Office applications to a basic/intermediate level
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
