About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator in our South Woodford office. As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for marketing properties to potential tenants, arranging and conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and agreeing new tenancies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market properties to potential tenants
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate offers
  • Agree new tenancies
  • Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants

What We Offer

  • Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

Training and Development

As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator, you will begin with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre, where you will receive industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions. You will also have the opportunity to develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants, and continue your training and development with close support from your mentor.
