About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator in our South Woodford office. As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for marketing properties to potential tenants, arranging and conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and agreeing new tenancies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market properties to potential tenants
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate offers
  • Agree new tenancies
  • Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants

What We Offer

About the Training

As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator, you will begin with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre, where you will receive industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions. You will also have the opportunity to develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants.
