Export Import Coordinator

A highly organized and motivated Export Import Coordinator is required to join our team at A Select UK Limited. This exciting role offers a competitive salary of circa £40k-£45k, depending on experience, along with excellent company benefits, including an annual company bonus and a reputable pension scheme.
This Export Import Coordinator position is ideal for an enthusiastic supply chain professional with good full life cycle procurement process experience and the CIPS qualification or similar CIPD. As a member of our small procurement team, you will have the opportunity to develop your export management career further in a fast-paced and varied role.
Key Responsibilities:- Expedite shipments worldwide, ensuring timely delivery and collection.
- Manage import clearance control for all non-EU imports, raising necessary documents and communicating with freight forwarders.
- Perform full life cycle procurement, including end-to-end supply chain management.
- Receive goods and services in SAP for parts & consumables.
- Raise purchase orders and RFQs with suppliers for completion of customer sales orders.
- Export import experience with good proven knowledge of import/export processes within engineering, manufacturing, or technical industries.
- Export Import qualifications, ideally CIPS qualified or similar supply chain experience.
- Experience in end-to-end supply chain management, including full life cycle procurement.
- Knowledge of SAP and dangerous goods transportation is desirable.
