Job Title: Export Import Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Export Import Coordinator to join our team. As an Export Import Coordinator, you will be responsible for expediting shipments, import clearance control, and full life cycle procurement. If you have experience in export import processes, CIPS qualification, and end-to-end supply chain management, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Be responsible for expediting shipments worldwide, including imports, exports, and freight forwarders for timely delivery and collection.
  2. Be responsible for import clearance control for all non-EU imports.
  3. Raise import clearance documents and communicate with freight forwarders.
  4. Full life cycle procurement - end-to-end supply chain management.
  5. Receive goods and services in SAP for parts & consumables.
  6. Raise purchase orders and RFQs with suppliers for completion of customer sales orders.

Requirements:

  1. Export import experience - Good proven experience and knowledge of import/export processes within engineering, manufacturing, or technical industry.
  2. Export Import qualifications - ideally CIPS qualified or similar supply chain.
  3. Experience of end-to-end supply chain management – full life cycle procurement.
  4. Experience in a similar role e.g., Export Manager, Export Import Coordinator, Import Export customer service manager, technical sales/after sales/spares and parts administrator/parts advisor – any role with export responsibilities.
  5. Knowledge of SAP and dangerous goods transportation is desirable.
