Street Works Analyst

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Street Works Analyst to support our team in ensuring the successful delivery of our street works projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Work Stops via Ontrack, various Partner EToN systems and Interfaces in accordance with the Traffic Management Act 2004 and New Roads and Street Works Act 1991.
- Ensure each job is clear of any signing, lighting and guarding, and that the reinstatement is complete and meets the intervention levels/specification set in the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991.
- Review the reinstatement methodology of each job to ensure it has been completed correctly, including clegg hammer tests and concrete reinforcement.
- Process Registrations via Ontrack, various Partner EToN systems and Interfaces in accordance with the Traffic Management Act 2004 and New Roads and Street Works Act 1991.
- Identify any interim reinstatements and ensure the Contract Specific and Group Interim processes are followed.
- Ensure all Street Works processes have been followed before closing any jobs down, challenging where applicable.
- Run contract specific jeopardy reports and update the status of each job.
- Liaise with Local Authorities to request pins to make amendments to EToN and request extension or variations to permits.
- Liaise with Planners and Reinstatement Managers to chase up jobs if they have not been planned correctly.
- Coordinate the end Street Works element of the Contract and ensure the relevant procedures are followed.
- Provide Cross-Contract support and complete any other Street Works/Defect Prevention/Charge Prevention related tasks requested by the Street Works Team Manager or Street Works & Quality Compliance Director.
