We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Social Care Specialist to join our Children in Care team in West Essex. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with children and young people up to the age of 18 who are in care, providing them with the support and guidance they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective care plans that meet the unique needs of each child or young person.
  • Work closely with foster carers, residential staff, and other professionals to ensure a seamless transition for children and young people.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to children and young people, helping them to build resilience and confidence.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure that children and young people receive the best possible support and care.
