About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Water Quality Risk Coordinator to join our Water Quality team in the Essex & Suffolk region. As a key member of the team, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining our water quality risk database.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying emerging risks or hazards, conducting risk assessments, and interpreting data to inform improvement plans with various stakeholders. They will also be required to disseminate new legislation, produce clear and concise reports to regulatory bodies, and challenge to achieve the right water quality outcome.

About You

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The role will involve working across multiple sites in the Northumbrian and Essex & Suffolk regions, so a willingness to travel is essential.

The successful candidate will be creative and decisive, with the ability to work accurately to deadlines. They will have effective interpersonal skills and be capable of consulting with a range of internal stakeholders and external regulators. They will also be IT literate and have some knowledge of water supply systems.
