The Firm

This is a superb opportunity to join an award-winning, modern, dynamic, and supportive law firm offering specialist quality legal advice for Personal, Serious and Catastrophic Injury as well as Clinical Negligence. The firm is recognised across the region for its outstanding client care and high-quality work.

The Opportunity

Due to the development and expansion of the firm's commercial offering, it is now seeking a Senior Injury Lawyer. The ideal candidate will have wide-ranging experience, including a proven track record of dealing with Serious Injury work, including litigated multi-track cases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a complex and diverse caseload from inception to conclusion
  • Supervise a small team
  • Progress cases in line with company targets
  • Work self-sufficiently, running a complex caseload

Requirements

  • 4+ years PQE Serious / Catastrophic Injury Solicitor
  • Experience of working on a Litigated caseload
  • Supervision experience
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
  • Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills
  • Excellent client care skills
  • Professional and effective communication with team members and contacts
