Job Opportunity: Serious Injury Solicitor


About the Role


We are pleased to present an exciting opportunity to join a top-tier law firm as a Serious Injury Solicitor. This is a superb chance to work with a reputable and award-winning firm that offers specialist quality legal advice for personal, serious, and catastrophic injury cases, as well as clinical negligence.


The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of dealing with serious injury work, including litigated multi-track cases. They will be expected to work self-sufficiently, managing a complex and diverse caseload, and supervising a small team. The successful candidate will also progress cases in line with company targets.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage a complex caseload of pre and post-litigated claims (Multi-Track)
  • Supervise a small team of lawyers
  • Progress cases in line with company targets
  • Work self-sufficiently, with minimal supervision
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues


Requirements


  • 4+ years PQE in Serious/Catastrophic Injury
  • Experience of working on a litigated caseload
  • Supervision experience
  • Strong legal and leadership skills
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills
  • Excellent client care skills
  • Professional and effective communication skills
