Senior Process Optimization Expert
Baringa Partners LLP is seeking a Senior Process Optimization Expert to join its Operational Excellence practice. This is an exciting opportunity to drive transformational work across all industry market sectors, focusing on improving operational performance, future-proofing operations, and building sustainable capability in clients.

The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in Lean / Six Sigma / Systems Thinking tools and techniques, experience in identifying and implementing process improvements, and strong process and data skills. They will also possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary of $160,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including generous annual leave, flexible working, corporate responsibility days, a wellbeing fund, career progression, and participation in the Baringa Group Profit Share Scheme.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver consulting projects to improve operational performance, future-proof operations, and build sustainable capability in clients.
• Apply Lean / Six Sigma / Systems Thinking techniques and practices to diagnose current state, identify opportunities for waste and failure demand removal, redesign end-to-end journeys, and test digitally enabled solutions.
• Help clients gain a firm grip on their core processes through documenting and reviewing process models, developing end-to-end process classification and governance frameworks, and setting up process management technology.
• Develop and operationalise process-led technology transformations and re-platforming initiatives.

Requirements:
We are looking for talented consultants with 3+ years of relevant experience and a track record of delivering Operational and Process Excellence in challenging environments. Ideal candidates will have:
• Proven expertise in Lean / Six Sigma / Systems Thinking tools and techniques, including development and application to driving tangible benefits in everyday business.
• Experience in identifying, scoping, and implementing opportunities for non-technical and digitally enabled process design, optimisation, automation, and management using relevant standards and frameworks.
• Strong process and data skills using various supporting tools and platforms.
• Good understanding of technology trends and delivering productivity improvements using tools such as Process Intelligence, Workflow, CRM, Automation & AI.
