Job Title: Cleaning Operative 1
Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Operative 1 to join our team at Ullapool High School. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for students and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the school, including classrooms, corridors, and communal areas.
- Operate cleaning equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Report any maintenance issues or concerns to the facilities team.
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to achieve team goals.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a cleaning or maintenance role.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies.
