POSITION: FINANCIAL OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare and issue Client Invoices
  • Comprehend financial intricacies within commercial contracts
  • Collaborate with finance and Commercial Leads to ensure precise invoicing
  • Secure timely approvals for all invoices
  • Reduce credit notes and guarantee compliance with approval processes
  • Verify and compile necessary documentation for invoicing
  • Address invoice data inquiries with project teams and supply chain
  • Incorporate all third-party expenses into client billing
  • Update reports and follow up on outstanding payments
  • Assist in gathering monthly financial data
  • Support timesheet management and billing summaries
  • Facilitate compliance procedures and requisition coding
  • Contribute to month-end financial closing activities
  • Provide assistance to coordinators as required
  • Monitor accounts payable positions and payment information
  • Assist with project transfer requests and cash flow calls
  • Support project budget oversight and forecasting
  • Manage intercompany payroll and purchase requisitions

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with ERP systems
  • Ability to adhere to tight deadlines
  • Exceptional multitasking capabilities
  • Team-oriented approach
  • Proactive and self-driven
  • Previous experience in client invoicing
  • Preferably possess experience in the Oil and Gas sector
  • Background in Engineering and Construction is advantageous
