Sparsholt College is looking for an experienced Coaching Instructor - Equine Centre to join its team. As a key member of the Equine Centre, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality equestrian coaching and practical skills for our Further Education equine students and commercial riding activity.

The ideal candidate will have attained a minimum of BHS stage two teach and be willing to attain BHS stage three. You will work under the guidance of the Equine Centre Manager and contribute to the development of our equine programmes.

We offer a competitive salary of £24,800 per annum (pro rata if part year), plus a Recruitment Attraction Payment of £2,000 fte. Our benefits package includes eligibility to join the Local Government Pension Scheme, free on-site parking, occupational sick pay, and more.
