Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Head Concierge to join our team. As a key member of our concierge team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized service to guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses and attractions to enhance guest experiences.
  • Coordinate day-to-day operations, ensuring the quality and standards of our services meet the highest expectations.
  • Support the concierge team in achieving guest satisfaction and financial goals.
  • Maintain awareness of cultural differences and adapt to meet the specific needs of our guests.
  • Provide check-in and check-out services, handle reservations, and maintain knowledge of hotel rooms and services.
  • Ensure repeat and VIP guests receive exceptional service and their requests are carried out.
  • Respond to emergency situations using appropriate procedures.
  • Maintain awareness of daily operations and events at the hotel.
  • Provide a warm welcome and anticipation of guest needs throughout their stay.
  • Encourage and build mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.
  • Serve as a role model, demonstrating appropriate behaviors.
  • Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with employees and ensure employees do the same within the team.
