We are seeking a dedicated and passionate practitioner to join our Supporting Families Service as a Young Carers Caseworker.
About the RoleThis role requires a child-centred professional to complete assessments and act as the contact for professionals, parents, and children in the south of Stoke on Trent, regarding all aspects related to young carers.
Key Responsibilities- Complete assessments and provide support to young carers and their families
- Act as the primary contact for professionals, parents, and children
- Work closely with the Supporting Families Service team to ensure effective delivery of services
