We are seeking a talented and motivated Front of House staff member to join our team at The Queen's Head in Peterborough. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and contributing to the success of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of the customer journey, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests
  • Accurately take orders and work closely with kitchen staff to deliver high-quality food and service
  • Ensure accurate payments and receipts, maintaining a high level of attention to detail
  • Confidently recommend menu and drinks offerings, showcasing your knowledge and passion for our products
  • Monitor service standards and report any incidents or issues, contributing to a positive and proactive team environment
Requirements
  • Previous experience working front of house in a hospitality or customer-facing environment
  • Enthusiasm and passion for food and beer, with a desire to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and pressurized environment, maintaining a positive attitude and high level of energy
  • A result-driven and ambitious individual, keen to develop your career and grow with our company
