Phlebotomy Training Lead Specialist

This role is responsible for overseeing and delivering the training and development of Phlebotomy employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Learning and Development and experience in managing training programs.
Main Duties:- Identify skill gaps and plan training for all technical and administrative roles within the associated work area.
- Oversee the delivery of training and development processes, including the development of training materials and competency assessments.
- Deliver UGME Medical Student provision, liaising with Undergraduate Medical Education Coordinators and Department Leads to ensure a high standard of training.
- Provide regular training-related reporting to senior management and the Talent team.
- Manage employee compliance for Synnovis statutory/mandatory training.
