The ideal candidate will have experience within a workshop or practical setting, ideally with a background in Engineering or Construction with knowledge and ability to adapt to difficult situations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up practical training environments, working proactively and taking initiative with limited supervision, recording keeping, understanding risk assessments and COSSH requirements, and ensuring health and safety compliance.
