Overview
A highly skilled Technical Program Manager is required to lead complex subsea cable projects from start to finish. This role involves working with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, and manage project schedules.

The successful candidate will have experience in program management, cable route engineering, survey, and marine installation methods and technologies. They will also possess knowledge of Geographic Information System (GIS) systems or Makai products, as well as cable lay dynamics and network infrastructure planning.

Responsibilities
  • Lead subsea cable projects with marine engineering analyses, technical guidance, and recommendations.
  • Evaluate cable route designs by leading route working groups, analysis of survey data and fault histories, and conduct risk assessments.
  • Review marine installation procedures to ensure quality and cost-effective delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and assume project management responsibilities for complete subsea cable systems.
  • Provide thought leadership and forward-looking recommendations for survey and installation technologies, train other team members on marine engineering matters
