Job Description

This Contract Manager role is responsible for managing a portfolio of building maintenance contracts, covering both hard and soft services. The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively and previous experience in facilities management.

Key Duties:

  • Manage multiple sites associated with hard and soft service provisions.
  • Oversee CDM Projects and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Prepare and evaluate proposals for new or continuation of existing contracts.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of contracts, amendments, and correspondence related to contractual agreements.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a comparable role.
  2. NEBOSH certification.
  3. Level 4 FM Qualification/BIFM membership.
  4. Proficient in using contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Estimated Salary: £75,000 Per Annum + Car Allowance + Benefits.
