Clinical Nurse Specialist in HPB and Transplant

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at the London Bridge Hospital. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist in HPB and Transplant, you will be responsible for providing expert nursing care to patients with HPB conditions and those requiring liver and kidney transplants.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide specialist nursing advice, support, and counselling to patients and families throughout their care pathway.
* Ensure a co-ordinated service providing consistently high-quality care for patients.
* Be actively involved in education, audit, quality improvement, and accreditation as an expert resource and facilitator.
* Be responsible for planning and implementing expert nursing care providing support pre, peri, and post the transplant period.
* Assist and support the development of services provided in line with the strategic objectives of LBH.
