About the Role

Ttigroup is seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in the design, development, and maintenance of our complex services, systems, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership on major SysOps & IT Infrastructure projects, including scoping, planning, implementation, and hyper-care roles.
  • Cloud Infrastructure Management: Set up and administer AWS SysOps tasks within services such as IAM, EC2, RDS.
  • Cyber Incident Response: Execute and coordinate cyber incident response, working closely with the Cyber Security team (triage, eDiscovery, Defender 365).
  • Project Management: Manage smaller, internal SysOps projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Technical Support: Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for 365, Windows Servers, Microsoft Roles and Features, such as AD.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide work status reporting and system and service health reporting, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions.
  • Procedure Development: Define, create, maintain, and enhance systems procedures, ensuring compliance and best practices.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other members of the IT Infrastructure Team and wider IT team to ensure critical hardware and services are robust and highly available.
  • International Project Participation: Lead and participate in international IT projects, collaborating with global teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Reporting and Presentations: Generate reports and presentations for Senior Management, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • IT Experience: At least 10 years of IT experience, with a strong background in system administration and infrastructure management.
  • Cloud Computing: Experience in M365 services, including Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Entra ID, Power Platform.
  • Windows Server: Experience with Windows Server 2016+, including installation, patching, managing, troubleshooting, and upgrading.
  • Networking: Understanding of LAN/WAN network technology, including protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP, FTP, TFTP, DNS, SSH.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Ability to work with people in multicultural and cross-functional environments, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Education: IT-related higher education qualification, with a strong foundation in computer science or a related field.
  • Travel: Ability to travel across EU for management tasks, team meetings, and ad-hoc project support.
