About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Telford Hall Care Home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and hygiene support to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Support residents with meal times, including serving meals and assisting with feeding.
  • Engage residents in daily activities, such as exercise, games, and social events.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, including listening to their concerns and validating their feelings.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control procedures and ensuring residents' living areas are tidy and comfortable.

  • A flexible shift pattern, including 3-4 nights per week, with 7pm-7am shifts.
