**Job Summary:** We are seeking a talented Casual Health and Fitness Assistant to join our team at North Lincolnshire Council.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Deliver group sessions, including our junior gym programme and rig workout, to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for our members.
  2. Conduct daily equipment checks and maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of our facilities to ensure a high standard of service.
  3. Assist with the planning and delivery of fitness classes and activities, working collaboratively with other team members to achieve our goals.
  4. Provide excellent customer service, responding to member queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

**Requirements:**

  • A minimum of Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A passion for fitness and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
