We are seeking a Children's Development Coach to join our team at Academics Ltd in Bristol. As a key member of our Special Educational Needs (SEN) team, you will play a vital role in supporting students with autism and challenging behavior, helping them to develop essential life skills and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized coaching and support to students with autism and challenging behavior, promoting their social, emotional, and academic development.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to create tailored lesson plans and activities that meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting social, emotional, and academic growth among students.
About the Ideal Candidate
  • Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience working in SEN settings, particularly with students with autism and challenging behavior.
  • Strong understanding of autism spectrum disorders and behavior management techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
  • A genuine passion for working with children with special needs and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career progression and professional growth.
