Lead a Team of Ambassadors

As a leader at Starbucks, you'll be responsible for guiding a team of customer-facing ambassadors who embody the company's values and mission. Your role will be to create a positive and inclusive work environment, where your team members feel valued, empowered, and inspired to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies that drive sales growth, customer satisfaction, and team engagement.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence, integrity, and customer obsession.
  • Coach and develop your team members to achieve their full potential, providing regular feedback and guidance to help them grow in their roles.
  • Identify and address any operational issues or concerns, working closely with the Store Manager and other stakeholders to resolve them.
  • Ensure that all store operations are running smoothly, including opening and closing duties, inventory management, and cash handling.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention, working closely with the Store Manager and other team members.
