As our Junior Studio Director - Operations, you will oversee the traffic management and resource/capacity planning of our Creative studio. You will ensure all workflows are efficient, project timelines are on track, and the studios have everything they need to produce quality work.

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Junior Studio Director - Operations to join our dynamic Operations Team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a Studio, Traffic Management or Resource Coordinator position and will be able to assess the availability of Artworkers, Designers, Copywriters and Creatives and assign them to projects based on both skillset and bandwidth.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Experience with resource management software.

Our estimated salary for this position is £50,000 per annum. This role comes with a comprehensive benefits package, including private medical insurance, life insurance, pension scheme, hybrid working, and group income protection.
