We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Maternity Ultrasound Appointments Clerk. As a key member of our booking staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring patients receive an empathetic and professional service.
As a Maternity Ultrasound Appointments Clerk, you will provide administrative support to our Ultra Sonographers, Consultant Obstetricians, and Midwives. Your duties will include diary administration, booking ultrasound appointments, correspondence support, and other administrative tasks as required.
You will work closely with our team to ensure compliance with referral to treatment (RTT) targets, escalating and intervening where necessary to expedite appointments and procedures. You will also maintain an accurate and current filing system, ensuring relevant information is recorded and updating patient details using hospital computer systems.

Main Duties
Diary administration and booking ultrasound appointments
