Hybrid Business Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Operations Specialist to join our team at PPSL. This role will provide exceptional support to our Director and team members, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of £25,000 per year, with additional benefits and a performance-based bonus. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid remote setting, splitting their time between our office in Woking and working from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare meeting packs and materials for clients
- Manage diaries and calendars for the Director and other team members
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Book meeting rooms, transport, and accommodation as needed
- Arrange client lunches and events
- Attend weekly meetings and departmental gatherings
- Process expense claims and manage financial transactions
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently
- Experience in an administrative or customer service role (ideal)
