We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our Michelin-starred restaurant, City Social. Located on Level 24 of Tower 42 in London, our establishment is renowned for its exceptional culinary experience, led by the visionary Executive Chef Jason Atherton.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Executive Chef Paul Walsh and the dedicated culinary team to deliver outstanding gastronomic experiences to our discerning patrons. This role is pivotal in ensuring that every dish reflects the hallmark of City Social's culinary excellence, creating a dining journey that exceeds expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Execute culinary creations with precision and flair, adhering to the high standards set by Executive Chef Paul Walsh.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with the kitchen team to ensure the smooth operation of the culinary department.
  • Maintain impeccable standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety in line with industry regulations.
  • Uphold effective communication within the kitchen team, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
  • Assist in training and developing junior kitchen staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a Michelin-starred or fine-dining establishment.
  • Exceptional culinary skills, with a passion for creating exquisite dishes.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills are essential for a collaborative kitchen setting.
  • Relevant culinary qualifications and certifications are advantageous.
