**Job Description**

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Catering Supervisor to join our team at Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our catering department, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of the catering department, its staff, and equipment.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role or discipline, with a proven track record of managing catering staff and maintaining high standards of hygiene practices and procedures.

The ideal candidate will be able to:

  • Provide information and services as required to support PAM/CQC reporting and compliance needs
  • Assist the operational lead for catering in pursuing a quality catering service
  • Manage and provide leadership to all catering staff, ensuring effectiveness of food hygiene and safety policies and practices
  • Maintain catering budgets within given parameters and keep detailed records of transactions
  • Ensure margins and KPIs are maintained and revenue targets met
