We are looking for a dynamic and strategic finance leader to join our team as a Financial Leadership Role.
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned finance professional with experience in leading financial strategy, reporting, and operations in a complex business environment.
The role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders.
The estimated salary for this position is £150,000 - £220,000 per annum.
About You:
- Qualifications: Technically strong – ACA or ACCA preferable
- Experience: Proven success in a senior finance role, ideally in a group or multi-business setting
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of UK financial regulations and compliance
- Leadership Skills: A track record of building and inspiring high performing finance teams
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
