Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and caring Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing companionship and support to our clients, assisting with daily living tasks, and promoting independence and well-being.



Key Responsibilities

  • Offer companionship and conversation to clients
  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Help with light housekeeping tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms and kitchens
  • Accompany clients to appointments and social events
  • Prepare healthy meals from raw ingredients
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management


Requirements

  • Ability to listen, communicate clearly, and build relationships with clients and their families
  • Respect for people with different backgrounds and beliefs
  • Excellent timekeeper and organized individual
  • Good hygiene practice and smart appearance
  • Valid Enhanced Disclosure from the relevant body
  • Class 1 business insurance or reliable transport
