Compassionate Home Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and supportive individual to join our team as a care assistant. As a care assistant, you will support clients in their homes to provide personal care and companionship.
Our ideal candidate is someone who is kind, joyful, and determined, with empathy and patience to support older people lead fulfilling lives. You will be responsible for building relationships with clients and assisting with practical tasks that help them continue living independently.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
As a care assistant with Bright Care, you can expect:
- A regular schedule with visits from two hours and a thorough matching process that allows long-term and meaningful relationships to flourish.
