Job Summary
As the Associate Director of Education, you will provide strategic direction and leadership for education and training, creating a culture of lifelong learning within our organisation. You will lead and manage the education department, developing relationships with external stakeholders, including Universities across the North West of England. Your expertise will be invaluable in providing guidance and support to our students, learners, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing education strategies that align with national workforce strategies
- Building relationships with external partners to enhance our educational offerings
- Leading the education department to deliver high-quality training programs
- Providing expert advice on education and health-related matters
Requirements
- Degree-level qualification in a relevant field (e.g., education, healthcare)
- Postgraduate degree or equivalent experience in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record of developing and managing change management programs
- Excellent teaching and facilitation skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve transformational change
Salary
The salary for this role is £85,000 per annum, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave entitlement.
