Lexington Catering is seeking a talented General Manager to join our team at Abbey Road Studios, a renowned event space. As the successful candidate, you will have a strong background in managing teams, driving financial growth, and maintaining operational excellence.

You will be responsible for managing teams on site, recruiting, inducting, training, and supporting colleagues to deliver high-quality services to clients. Your expertise in budget management, communication, and regulatory compliance will be invaluable in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Manage teams on site, recruit, induct, train, and support colleagues.
  • Budget Oversight: Control and manage budgets to drive financial growth.
  • Communication: Ensure ongoing team communications, build internal and external relationships, management reporting, and client liaison.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain accountability for COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies, and duty of care.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience of successfully managing a team.
  • Customer Focus: Genuine interest in delivering customer service excellence.
  • Confidence: Strong team player with confidence and positivity.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and innovative approach to problem-solving.
  • Desirable Skills: Previous experience within management, contract catering is desirable.
