We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales and Account Management Specialist to join our team at Plus One Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in telesales and customer service, with a proven track record of creating and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate sales leads through prospecting, booked appointments, and event registration.
  • Assist Account Managers by writing clear reports of appointments booked.
  • Maintain the contact database (CRM) and keep details up to date.
Requirements:
  • Previous telesales (B2B) experience required.
  • Prior experience using a CRM and other office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving, organization, and planning skills with an eye for detail.
