Flexible Support Worker

As a Personal Care Assistant with Solo Support Services, you will be responsible for providing support to an individual with learning disabilities, autism, and anxiety.
Job Summary:This is a unique opportunity to work as a self-employed Personal Care Assistant, providing care and support to an individual in the Bramcote area. The successful candidate will have the flexibility to work 10 hours per week, plus occasional overtime and overnight support.
Key Responsibilities:- Pick up and drop off the individual to day service at college.
- Supervise daily living skills such as cooking and maintaining hygiene.
- Full UK driving licence required.
- Previous experience working with adults with learning disabilities, autism, and anxiety is essential.
The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, patience, and understanding. You will need to be able to work independently and make decisions on your own initiative.
Compensation Package:The hourly rate for this position is £21, making it an attractive opportunity for those looking for flexible work arrangements.
Work Environment:You will be working with an individual who requires constant prompts to complete tasks. This role requires a high level of patience, understanding, and adaptability.
