About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Professional to join our team as a Temporary Site Worker. As a key member of our school site team, you will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day general maintenance and site work in a School based in Stafford.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out general maintenance of the school, including litter picking and tasks delegated by the supervisor.
  • Open and close the school building, ensuring the security and safety of the premises.
  • Work independently and as a team to ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
  • Set alarms and perform other site-related duties as required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in maintenance and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. You should also be flexible with your working hours and available to begin as soon as possible.

Additionally, you will need to fully register with us, providing right to work documents and obtaining an Enhanced Child Workforce DBS, which we will process but comes at a cost of £56.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £18,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience. This figure takes into account the location, industry standards, and the level of responsibility involved.

You will also benefit from opportunities for permanent contracts within the school, although this is not guaranteed.
