Wellbeing and Activities Professional

Grand Care Centre in Wilmslow, Cheshire is looking for a dedicated Wellbeing and Activities Professional to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents through creative and engaging activities.
You will work closely with our Wellbeing Coordinator to develop and deliver a programme that promotes resident wellbeing and independence. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of others.
Main Responsibilities:- Design and implement activity programmes that cater to diverse resident needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure wellbeing and activity are integrated into daily routines.
- Familiarise yourself with resident life stories and contribute to their wellbeing plans.
- Ensure effective risk assessments are in place for all events and activities.
- Protect and promote the welfare of adults in our care.
- Experience working with older people and delivering activity programmes.
- Ability to assess, plan, and evaluate activity needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity, imagination, and enthusiasm.
- A competitive hourly rate of £11.44.
- A 20-hour contract with flexible shift times.
