Supply Chain Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Analyst to join our team at Right Now Recruitment. As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing and improving our clients' Logistics and Supply Chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze data related to transportation, warehousing, and inventory management to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
  • End of Month Reconciliation: Collaborate with the Finance department to reconcile sales volumes, accruals, transport costs, and other key metrics.
  • Shipping Process Oversight: Ensure the smooth operation of inbound and outbound shipping processes.
  • Logistics Supplier Management: Liaise with third-party logistics suppliers, leading weekly operations calls and quarterly business reviews.
  • Inventory Management: Govern inventory and material movements in SAP, ensuring timely completion and compliance with industry and company standards.
Desirable Skills:
  • Previous Experience: Proven experience in a Logistics, Supply Chain, Data, or Operations Analyst role.
  • Excel Skills: Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLookups, and Macros.
  • Manufacturing Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the manufacturing industry and its logistics challenges.
  • Logistics Expertise: In-depth understanding of logistics, Incoterms, imports, and exports.
  • SAP Experience: Previous experience working with SAP or similar systems.
