Supply Chain Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Analyst to join our team at Right Now Recruitment. As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing and improving our clients' Logistics and Supply Chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze data related to transportation, warehousing, and inventory management to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
  • End of Month Reconciliation: Collaborate with the Finance department to reconcile sales volumes, accruals, transport costs, and other financial data.
  • Shipping and Receiving Oversight: Oversee the inbound and outbound shipping process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Logistics Supplier Management: Liaise with third-party logistics suppliers to lead weekly operations calls and quarterly business reviews.
  • Inventory Management: Govern inventory and material movements in SAP to ensure timely completion and compliance with industry and company standards.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a Logistics, Supply Chain, Data, or Operations Analyst role.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLookups, and Macros.
  • Previous exposure to the manufacturing industry.
  • In-depth understanding of Logistics, Incoterms, Imports, or Exports.
  • Previous experience working with SAP or similar systems.
