About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant. This rewarding opportunity will allow you to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students, supporting their unique learning journeys and helping them overcome academic challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver small group and one-on-one booster sessions to support students in preparing for SATs.
  • Collaborate with teachers to assess student progress and adjust support strategies.
  • Implement creative and engaging methods to make learning accessible and enjoyable for all students.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children in an educational or similar setting (preferably KS2).
  • Patient, adaptable, and positive attitude towards diverse learning styles.
  • Knowledge of intervention strategies for SATs preparation and language support.
