Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to deliver exceptional retail experiences for guests on board.
  • Drive sales and profit targets while maintaining high customer service standards.
  • Set an example for the team by demonstrating strong leadership and work ethic.
  • Identify and deliver training requirements to enhance team performance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients through events and product knowledge.
  • Maintain the highest standards in both shop floor and back office operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Retail Manager or Assistant Manager, preferably with experience at sea.
  • Motivated leader who can drive sales targets and exceed expectations.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills, with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven public speaking skills and ability to showcase luxury items.
  • Adaptable and able to work in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong leader and team player with commercial acumen and goal orientation.
  • Highly competent in store and HR processes, including sales reports, loss prevention, audits, appraisals, and disciplinaries.
  • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
