Job Title: Flagship Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Flagship Store Manager to join our team at Retail Human Resources plc. As a Flagship Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team and driving sales forward while maintaining our brand values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operation of the store, ensuring costs are contained within targets.
  • Deliver a high level of customer service at all times.
  • Maintain a high level of stock availability and excellent visual merchandising standards throughout the store.
  • Manage, coach, and motivate the team to deliver to all targets and lead by example.
  • Communicate effectively with the Regional Manager and peers on sales performance and opportunities.
  • Ensure a safe shopping and working environment by adhering to store policies and procedures.
  • Build brand loyalty by promoting and hosting events and engaging with the local community.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record within a high-turnover fast-fashion environment.
  • A great leader with a natural flair for leading and developing a high-performing team.
  • People, sales, and customer-focused in delivering excellent customer service.
  • Ability to be adaptable and flexible to changing business needs.
  • Positive, can-do attitude with enthusiasm for moving the store forward.
  • Strong communication skills to establish and coach a high-performing team.
