The Role

  • Leverage your expertise in Management Consulting to capture and sell Oracle transformation solutions, driving business growth and improving processes.
  • Lead accountability for consulting revenues and margins, with an annual target of $3-5M from consulting engagements.
  • Provide guidance as a trusted advisor to clients on all matters relating to Oracle, focusing on relevant market segments.
  • Drive new business, sales, strategy, and the implementation of Oracle solutions into mid-to-large enterprises, enhancing operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Possess 10+ years of experience in Management Consulting, with a successful delivery track record in the Big 4 or technology consulting.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Oracle, aligning functional areas with business requirements to support company vision.
  • Cultivate Oracle Transformation expertise, encompassing sales, advisory, and implementation capabilities.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales and delivery objectives in large corporate environments with rapid change.
  • Lead sales, delivery, and commercial management on one or more accounts, fostering relationships with senior-level client executives.
  • Establish a track record of leading complex consulting engagements, building relationships with senior-level client executives.
