Job Description:

Vision Norfolk is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Fundraising Executive to lead our fundraising efforts. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive fundraising strategy that aligns with our organisational goals.

About the Role:

  • Develop and lead a diverse and sustainable income base from multiple streams, including individual giving, corporate partnerships, community fundraising, major gifts, and grant applications.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of high-impact fundraising campaigns, ensuring they are compelling and well-coordinated, with clear financial targets and strategic goals.
  • Lead the organisation of a range of fundraising events (both virtual and in-person), designed to inspire engagement from the community and generate vital funds to support our work.
  • Take responsibility for preparing and managing the fundraising budget, ensuring efficient use of resources while maximising income generation.
  • Ensure that all fundraising activities adhere to relevant legislation and best practices, while also providing regular reports to senior management and trustees on fundraising performance and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • A deep understanding of fundraising, combined with the passion to lead a vital aspect of Vision Norfolk's work.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a senior fundraising role, with a proven ability to develop and implement successful strategies across multiple income streams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire donors, corporate partners, and community supporters.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and the use of data to inform fundraising strategies.
  • Financial acumen, including experience in budget management and financial planning within a fundraising context.

  • A competitive salary of £36,000 - £38,000 per annum (negotiable dependent on experience).
