Care and Support Position

This permanent role involves working 24 hours a week as a Care and Support Worker at our Hafan y Waun Residential Care Home in Aberystwyth. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.

The key responsibilities of this role include ensuring that service delivery remains fully compliant with relevant legislation and regulations, administering prescribed medication, including controlled drugs, and assisting in the management of an effective system for the safe control and administration of medication.
