Trainee Business Development Executive

This Inside Sales Trainee position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales career with Options Resourcing Ltd. You will be working within a dynamic sales team, responsible for generating new business opportunities and converting sales leads into customers.
Responsibilities:- Prospecting for new business opportunities through phone calls and emails
- Building relationships with existing and potential customers
- Identifying and prioritising sales leads for conversion
- Communicating effectively with internal teams to achieve sales targets
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office
The salary for this position is approximately £20,000 per annum, based on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including a company pension, free parking, and 23 days' annual leave.
